SOUKYA is a professional, family-run organisation headed by internationally renowned holistic health consultant, Dr. Issac Mathai M.D.. Dr. Mathai is the Chairman, Managing and Medical Director while Mrs. Suja Issac M.Sc., M.Phil. (Foods & Nutrition), Dr Mathai's wife is the Executive Director. They live with their family on the property and personally run the Ayurveda clinic. They head up a team of dedicated consultants and doctors from different systems of medicine, therapists and visiting national and international specialists. The Soukya team is backed by an International Advisory Board, headed by India's eminent neurosurgeon, Dr. R.M. Varma.
Dr. ISSAC MATHAI M.D.(HOM.), M.R.C.H (LOND.) CHAIRMAN, MANAGING & MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Mathai's family have produced four generations of Homeopathic practitioners. Dr Mathai himself is a graduate of the A.N.S.S. Medical College - Kerala, India and took his M.D. (Homeopathy) from the Hahnemann Post-Graduate Institute of Homeopathy, London. Following this he took his M.R.C.H.(London) and spent 10 years as a physician at Europe's first and largest holistic health care clinic.
Dr. Mathai has numerous achievements, including studying Chinese Pulse Diagnosis and Acupuncture at the W.H.O. Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Nanking, China and establishing the Bangalore Holistic Medical Centre in 1989. He has a patient network of over 10,000 people in 40 different countries.
Dr. Mathai runs a chain of homeopathic clinics in Bangalore, India, which provide free medicine for those who cannot afford it.

SUJA ISSAC M.Sc.,M.Phil. (Foods & Nutrition)
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Suja Issac graduated with a B.Sc. in Home Science and a M.Sc. and M.Phil. in Foods & Nutrition at the Women's Christian College, Madras University.
She was awarded the 'Best Thesis Award' by the University of Madras for both her M.Sc. and M.Phil. dissertation work, conducted at the Madras Medical College and the Kilpauk Medical College in Chennai.
Suja Issac went on to work as lecturer at the Women's Christian College, Chennai and the Mount Carmel College, Bangalore where she taught Foods and Nutrition and related subjects.
She then assisted Dr. Mathai in setting up the Wellness Clinic in Bangalore which was the pilot project of SOUKYA. SOUKYA had the distinction of hosting the Global Holistic Health Summit in January, 2003 with over 500 delegates from 45 countries and key note speakers including Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr. Norman Shealy and Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
She also assisted Dr. Mathai with the homeopathic chain of clinics in Bangalore - starting the first Holistic Homeopathic Clinic in 1996 and a second one in September 1999

Dr. Shaji hails from a family with a tradition of Ayurvedic practice spanning 3 generations and has over 12 years of experience in special ayurvedic treatment protocols for all range of conditions and Panchakarma. He graduated from the VPSV Ayurveda College, Kottackal, Kerala (the best ayurvedic medical college in the world) in 1993 and has been with SOUKYA since 2005.
Dr. P. AJITHA B.A.M.S. (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery)
Dr. P. Ajitha has more than 15 years experience in general practice and in Panchakarma treatments. She is also a graduate of the VPSV Ayurveda College, Kottackal, Kerala in 1990 and has also been with SOUKYA since 2005.
Dr.SATISH C RANJANAGI - B.A.M.S (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery)
Dr.Satish is a graduate from K.P.S.V.S. Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital in Karnataka. He has been with SOUKYA for over 2 yrs.
